Shane started an early exploration to find out what made large national brands extremely successful over the “mom and pop” entrepreneurs. By working with many of today’s leading brands, he discovered how to apply these corporate success practices in a variety of business settings and industries to create innovative and profitable results. Using these systems, Shane has transformed several businesses from under performers to leaders of their industry. Having studied and taught martial arts for over 18 years, Shane has integrated the ways of the samurai to help strengthen and shape both his business and personal life. Shane holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in the Japanese martial art of Aikido.
