Submit a Complaint
To submit a complaint about an IEC member, please go to our support portal and submit a ticket to the IEC Complaint department.
We will investigate your complaint and take the appropriate action. This may include:
- Requesting the member contact you directly to address the issue and we’ll follow up with to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Giving a warning and guidance on how to address the issue to our member.
- Terminating Membership Status if the issue isn’t addressed.
