We will investigate your complaint and take the appropriate action. This may include:
Requesting the member contact you directly to address the issue and we’ll follow up with to ensure the issue has been resolved.
Giving a warning and guidance on how to address the issue to our member.
Terminating Membership Status if the issue isn’t addressed.
